Avi Ofrane

Avi presenterar sig själv så här:

I have been dancing swing, mambo, cha-cha, merengue, for many years... all, except tango.  Why?  I don't know; never got to learning it I guess.  But then, my friend Maggy asked me to join her for an introductory lesson at Dance Manhattan (New York City is where I am), and that's all it took for me to abandon ALL other dances and just tango 4-5 nights a week; do you think that's considered addiction?  I still don't what it is about tango that is so amazingly addictive; the intimacy? the deliberate ambiguity?  the sensual flow of bodies? Oh, who cares; I am enjoying the journey.... and what a journey it is!

TO ALL MY NEW TANGO FRIENDS IN STOCKHOLM: THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL AT HOME DURING MY VISIT LAST WEEK.  I ENJOYED MYSELF VERY MUCH.  SEE YOU IN AUGUST AND/OR SEPTEMBER!
