Helge Hansen

Helge presenterar sig själv så här:

I've danced many different dances since I was 5, and during the last 6 years swing (lindy hop)and tango, but tango has gradually been stealing all my free time. But dancing has paid plenty back, besides a lot of nice dances, also lots of new friends and wonderful non-dancing experiences(good food and other local culture) from a many great tango trips to festivals or just visits to friends in other countries. But my base is of course Copenhagen, and I like the scene here.

2007 was fantastic tango year for me, and thanx to all you who participated. I visited many places in 2007 for festivals and private visits: Zurich, Torino, Ljubjliana, Istanbul, Halmstad, Lomma, Malmø, Stockholm, Moscow, Fivizanno, New York, Göteborg, Trondheim and Löberöd. I can really recommend visit the tango scene in different locations, and Europe (certainly also Sweden!) have plenty to offer.

Many places are one the wish list for 2008, but time will show which dreams becomes a reality.

The festivals i Malmø, Ljubljana and Sudak on Crimea (Ukraine) was all nice, and so was out own here in Copenhagen i May. I made to the festivalito i Zurich end of May, White Nights in St. Petersburg in June, with a business trip to India in tween, so I had no energy to go to Tyløsand.

Despite the not so perfect weather I had a great time during the festival in Stockholm. Two more to go this month: Moscow and Warsaw.
